WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF VINTAGE

All of our products are vintage and as such may show signs of their history. Older manufacturing processes , for example, can often leave the odd air bubble or imperfection and glasses may be slightly different in size as they've been  hand blown. Natural wear and tear may have occured but we try our best to describe this in our listings. Please refer to the photographs as these also form part of the description.  Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions before you buy.

SHIPPING

We  dispatch orders within five working days. If you need something urgently please contact us and we will explore other options.

*PLEASE NOTE* we currently only ship to UK addresses as standard but please do contact us if you are interested in buying from abroad and we can explore postage options.

To fit with our environmentally-friendly ethos, we only use fully compostable packaging, even down to the tape on our boxes.

RETURNS and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Muddled Vintage, please contact us in the first instance to see if we can resolve the problem.  You may return it within 30 days of receipt, undamaged, in original packaging, and receive a full refund for the price of the order. 

Please note, any shipping or delivery charges incurred will not be refunded.
